The more I dig into skin research as it relates to our internal health, the more excited I get about sharing all my findings. There really is so much to learn and consider, but the bottom line is that if you focus on your health from within as the root cause, you will eventually see the results externally. Our skin is the largest organ we have, and the biggest reflection of our internal health. Any inflammation that shows on our skin, is a red flag of inflammation occurring inside ourselves. This is where we begin to find a long term solution to our skin problems, through diet and healing therapies to support our body as a whole.
